Pre-Show Party adalah acara khusus yang memberikan akses eksklusif kepada penggemar untuk melihat Hot Wheels Monster Trucks favorit dari dekat! Penggemar dapat masuk ke area sirkuit kompetisi sebelum acara utama dimulai untuk melihat langsung desain luar biasa dan ukuran epik dari truk monster.
• Aktivitas: Anda dapat merasakan langsung titik pusat di mana semua aksi tabrakan dan atraksi mendebarkan akan terjadi. Acara ini juga menghadirkan games eksklusif, kontes, dan giveaways.
• Waktu Pelaksanaan: Pre-Show Party dimulai 2,5 jam sebelum setiap jadwal pertunjukan (showtime) dan berlangsung selama 1 jam 15 menit.
• Batas Masuk: Akses masuk akan ditutup 15 menit sebelum Pre-Show Party berakhir.
• Catatan: Akses ini berlaku untuk pemegang tiket VIP Box A/VIP Glow Box, VIP Box B/Fire Box, dan CAT 1

Anda harus membawa identitas diri (KTP/Paspor/SIM/Kartu Pelajar). Tunjukkan e-voucher yang telah diterima melalui email. • Wajib menunjukkan dokumen resmi untuk verifikasi usia seperti Kartu Keluarga (KK) / Akta Kelahiran / Paspor / KIA (Kartu Identitas Anak).
• Kami menyarankan untuk menggunakan earmuff / peredam suara selama pertunjukan untuk kenyamanan anak, karena acara ini dapat menampilkan suara keras dan efek pencahayaan
Ya, tempat duduk khusus pengguna kursi roda tersedia di CAT 4. Setiap pengguna kursi roda dapat didampingi 1 orang pendamping yang wajib memiliki tiket valid dengan kategori yang sama

The Pre-Show Party is a special event that gives fans exclusive access to see their favorite Hot Wheels Monster Trucks up close! Fans can enter the competition floor before the main show starts to see the incredible designs and epic size of the monster trucks firsthand.
- Activities: You get to experience the exact spot where all the crashing and thrilling stunts will take place. This event also features exclusive games, contests, and giveaways.
- Schedule: The Pre-Show Party begins 2.5 hours before each showtime and lasts for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Entry Deadline: Admittance will close 15 minutes before the Pre-Show Party ends.
Note: This access is valid for VIP Box A/VIP Glow Box, VIP Box B/Fire Box, and CAT 1 ticket holders.
The VIP Experience is the ultimate tier (exclusive to VIP Box A/VIP Glow Box ticket holders). You will receive all the following perks:

You must bring your personal ID (KTP/Passport/Driving License (SIM)/Student Card). Show the e-voucher you received via email. If the ticket is being exchanged by someone else, a power of attorney is required (a physical letter with a Rp 10,000 stamp duty, a photocopy of the original buyer's ID, and an original signature. Do not use a digital signature).
Tickets that have been purchased or confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

There is no general baggage storage. However, we do provide Stroller Parking next to the entrance gate of the show area.
• Children under 18 months old can enter for free without a designated seat and must sit on their parent/guardian's lap.
• You must show official documentation for age verification, such as a Family Card (KK) / Birth Certificate / Passport / Child Identity Card (KIA).
• We highly recommend using earmuffs/noise-canceling headphones during the show for your child's comfort, as this event features loud noises and lighting effects.
Yes, special seating for wheelchair users is available in CAT 4. Every wheelchair user can be accompanied by 1 companion who must hold a valid ticket in the same category.
